Building control application forms

What type of application do I need?

There are three different types of application to apply for building control:

• Full plans application - for works to domestic dwellings and commercial properties when using architect's / engineer's plans
• Building notice application - for simple works to existing domestic dwellings
• Regularisation application - for works that have already commenced or have been completed
