CIL live funding data for Lewes

Parish and Town Councils which have received money directly from the Lewes District Council, are required to publicise the CIL and S106 funds collected, allocated, and spent every year.

Our new CIL live funding database, powered by Exacom, allows you to search live records of funds which are awaiting payment, have been paid and the projects which are being funded.

For many years Eastbourne Borough Council and Lewes District Council has been required to publish an annual statement of accounts on their Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). The CIL Regulations update in September 2019 confirmed the removal of the CIL 123 List and following on from this the requirement to complete and Infrastructure Funding Statement from 2020 onwards. Unlike previous years the requirement to include S106 monitoring and spending is included.
