Please use this form to request an exchange of a recently delivered wheelie bin or gull-proof bag.

You can also use this form to request we collect an old bin you bought from somewhere else or report your bin hasn't been delivered.

Please note - gull proof bags are only available for exchange to a wheelie bin. You cannot exchange a bin for a gull-proof bag.
