Lewes District Council is running a survey to find out what local people, market traders, businesses and visitors think about the market.

We have been asking for your help to create a vision for Eastbourne seafront for the next 25 years. This will become a plan for our seafront that you want you to be part of. We want a vision that will help revitalise the town have a lasting positive impact on the environment and wellbeing of local people now and for future generations.

From Thursday 19 September to Thursday 31 October 2024, Eastbourne Borough Council carried out public consultation over proposals that could help meet the financial challenges the council is facing.

We invited comments on our updated policy that sets out how Lewes District and Eastbourne Borough Council manages complaints. The consultation will ran from Friday 9 August to Friday 20 September 2024 at 5pm.

From Friday 7 August to Friday 27 September 2024, we consulted over new planning approaches to address concerns around Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) in Eastbourne.
