Or if you are using a mobile device, why not download our Report It app? You can report fly tipping and other issues to us when out and about. When reporting fly tipping to us, please try to include a What3Words location reference if possible.

Shopping trolleys

You should report abandoned, empty shopping trolleys through the TrolleyWise website, or separately to the relevant shop. However, if it is full of rubbish you can report it to us as fly tipping.

Prosecuting fly tippers

We may wish to prosecute the person responsible for the fly tipping. If this is the case, we may ask whether you would be willing to give evidence.

Before you start

We cannot deal with fly tipping on:  

• private residential land including gardens and driveways   
• railways
• watercourses
• agricultural land
