Invite the Chair to an event

If you would like to invite the Chair to attend your event, the easiest way is to email the Civic Office with your request.

Please give as much detail about your event as possible. You will also be asked to complete an Engagement form for the Chair if they are able to attend your event. We require at least 14 days notice to be given for all engagements. You will receive a response within five working days.
