By law, food business operators must ensure that food handlers receive the appropriate supervision and training in food hygiene.
Everyone who works with food has a special duty to protect the health of consumers to make sure that the food they serve or sell is safe to eat. Training in food hygiene helps you and your staff comply with the law and keeps customers happy.
