Voucher for reusable nappies, wipes and sanitary products
Lewes District Council teamed up with Cheeky Wipes to provide £50 vouchers to Lewes district residents to help them make the swap to reusable products.
Thank you for your interest in making the swap to reusable nappies, wipes, or sanitary products. There was a fantastic response to this initiative and vouchers were quickly snapped up by our residents - all the vouchers have now been claimed. Due to the popularity of the scheme, we will look to partner with Cheeky Wipes and other sustainable projects in the future. Cheeky Wipes is an independent company based in Newhaven. Since 2008, their easy alternatives to single use products such as reusable wipes, period pants and pads and make up wipes, have saved approximately 200 million packs of disposable wipes, nappies, makeup wipes, pads or tampons from going to waste.
