Requirements of the notice(i) Cease the use of any part of the Land as an HMO (Use Class C4).
(ii) Remove all fixtures, fittings, and installations associated with HMO use, including but not limited to multiple intercom systems, locks on individual bedroom doors, and any internal partitions that facilitate separate occupation.
(iii) Permanently remove all resultant materials and debris from the Land, arising from compliance with the above step i-ii.
