Signing up to our paperless Council Tax E-Billing system

Council Tax paying residents that we hold an email address for, will receive an email from [email protected] (this is a no-reply address).

Emails are being sent out in stages to residents throughout the next few weeks.

These emails will allow recipients to sign up quickly and easily by clicking the link to confirm the details we have on file are correct.

With E-billing you get:

If you sign up, you will not receive a new bill immediately, E-bills will be sent the next time your account changes.

Each liable person for whom we hold contact details will receive an individual email. Registration for E-Billing applies solely to that individual and not to all members of the household. 

Please note:
Anyone who does sign up must alert and update the councils immediately if their email address changes.
