Reason: To ensure that the use of the wider site remains as a single dwellinghouse and to prevent other uses developing over time to a degree that could materially affect the character of the area, highway safety and sustainability having regard to CP11 and CP13 of Lewes District Local Plan Part 1 Joint Core Strategy 2010-2030, DM1, DM25 and DM29 of Lewes District Local Plan Part 2 and the NPPF 2019.
