(ii)Demolish or dismantle the building occupied as two residential dwellings at the rear of the Land as shown in the approximate location shown hatched blue on the attached Site Location Plan

(iii) Remove from the Land all debris and materials resulting from compliance with steps (i) to (ii)above.
