East Sussex Floating Support Service

Brighton Housing Trust (BHT) Sussex now delivers the East Sussex Floating Support Service. This service was previously known as Home Works, STEPS East and STEPS West. The Service provides short-term housing-related floating support across East Sussex for vulnerable people, aged 16+, who require support to live independently.

Legal advice on housing matters

If you are homeless or threatened with homelessness and claiming benefits, then the BHT (Brighton Housing Trust) Eastbourne Advice Centre can offer legal advice and assistance. They are based at Highlight House, St Leonards Road, Eastbourne, or you can call them on 01323 642615. They can also assist you in asking the councils to reconsider any decision we may have made on your application.
