Closed: Planned Improvements to Lewes District Council Homes- what are our tenants' priorities?
We have now analysed the results of a stock condition inspection that was carried out during 2020/21. The inspection enabled us to identify the major improvements that we will need to carry out to maintain Lewes District Council homes and to plan a programme for doing these works
Whilst we are confident that we have enough resources to maintain the governments decent homes standard for the next five years, we are also considering whether we have the capacity to do some more of these improvements earlier, and which improvements to prioritise.
