Visit our offices

Except for Saxon House in Newhaven which remains closed other than for pre-arranged Community Support Drop-in sessions, our other offices below are now open to the public but in a reduced capacity only.

We can take in documents and letters, signpost you to other organisations and charities, and offer basic advice.

If we can't help with your query, and you don't have a phone or device available to go online with or to contact us yourself, then you can use the phones inside and outside our receptions.

Other ways to contact us

You can find information about all our services by searching our website or going to our Contact us section. You can also report problems online without needing to call us or visit our offices. Additionally, if you're out and about, you can use our Report It phone app to tell us about street problems.

Chat with us online

Ask us questions by using our new intelligent chatbot, ELLIS. As the chatbot is available 24/7 from any page on our website, you can use ELLIS at any time to suit you.

If you do need to contact us during office hours with a complex request or something that may need human intervention, then ELLIS can connect you to a live chat with one of our advisors. The live chat service is available between 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
