Children's toys

Plastic toys are often made of hard plastics which we can not be recycled.

Reduce

Borrowing and sharing toys is a great way to reduce the number of items children quickly grow out of.

Reuse

Look for a local toy library near you, Netmums is a good place to start your search.

Recycle - in your household recycling bin

No thank you

Refuse bin

Yes. Alternatively, Anglo Doorstep Collections offer a free collection service for certain items you may want to dispose of. However, if it is a large toy and too big to go in your bin you can use the council's Bulky Waste collection service or take it to an East Sussex County Council run Household Waste and Recycling Site
