Council tenants handbook

When you become a council tenant we will give you a copy of our Tenants Handbook.

This handbook provides useful information such as advice for moving in and paying your rent, how to request changes to your tenancy and extra help available for older people. 

It also sets out what we expect of our tenants and gives advice on safety, repairs and maintenance, getting on with your neighbours as well as opportunities to get involved.
