Home energy surveys for Lewes district

We are inviting Lewes district residents to give their views on home improvements that could either save money on energy bills or help improve the environment. Take the survey by 5pm on Wednesday 30 April 2025 (this deadline has been extended).

Your responses will help in the development of solutions for residents and make recommendations to government.

Survey for owner-occupiers

Homeowners are being asked about their current home energy and heating set up, their views on different technologies and solutions that could make their home greener or most cost-effective to run, and what factors influence decision-making when choosing tradespeople or planning home improvements.

This survey is for residents who are owner-occupiers within Lewes district, and will stay open until 5pm on Wednesday 30 April 2025.

Survey for residents that rent their home

We are running this survey to find out the view of residents that rent their home and the potential to make on home improvements that could either save money on your energy bills or help improve the environment.

Your answers will help us develop solutions for tenants or make recommendations to Government. Your landlord may also be eligible to receive a 100% Government grant to make improvements to your home. 

The survey is for residents who rent through the private sector within Lewes District. It is not for residents who are owner occupiers in Lewes district, or people that rent a property direct from Lewes District Council. They survey will stay open until 5pm on Wednesday 30 April 2025.
