East Sussex County Council (ESCC) adult social care and health can help with:

  • support to stay at home
  • special equipment, mobility and adapting your home
  • no longer coping at home
  • looking after someone (carers)
  • if you need to go into or leave hospital
  • safeguarding if you are worried about someone
  • if you or someone else has a disability
  • transport for older or disabled people, including blue badges

Lines are open 8am to 8pm seven days a week, including bank holidays.

ESCC Support to stay at home scheme provides care and support services for adults in East Sussex, including:

  • personal care
  • meals
  • gardening and home improvement
  • transport
