Many of our services also have online forms. You can use them to quickly request a service, report a problem or make an application 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whenever it suits you. When you use these online forms, we can process your request faster too.
Online forms save money as well as time. Every phone call costs us £2.83. Face to face contacts cost £8.62. Our website online forms cost just 15p.

Our intelligent chat bot ELLIS is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. ELLIS is able to assist and answer questions you may have, whether that's information on the area you live and who your local Councillor is, or how you make payments online for services such as garden waste or council tax.
If your query is more specific and ELLIS is unable to help you, our staff are still available to chat with you from 8.30am to 5pm on weekdays meaning you can speak directly to us online without having to phone our offices.
