Project Information: The Broyle Close scheme consists of the demolition of 11 under-utilised garages into three high-quality, 3-bedroom homes being delivered via Lewes District Council's Modular Housing Framework with Boutique Modern.
The development will provide high performing specifications, including solar PV systems to generate electricity, which will ultimately reduce running costs for tenants.
The new properties will be allocated to those on the housing register.
Latest Update November 2024: Boutique Modern took possession of the site on 6th November 2024.
Garages are currently being emptied of general waste and will be vacant ready for demolition to commence in December 2024.
