An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy, friendly, and professional Neighbourhood First team at Lewes and Eastbourne Council's.
Hours may include early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
This work will be based in Newhaven at our Marine Workshops offices but will also at times include other locations in Lewes District.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to ensure that our offices, communal spaces, tenants offices and toilets are clean and functional. This includes replacing supplies, reporting damage, undertaking minor repairs, occasional compliance testing and deep cleaning. The successful candidate will also be expected to be aware of all activities on site and report any suspicious activities to management.
A proportion of your working day will be lone working.
You may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as reasonably required.
A full clean driving licence would be an advantage.
Ideally you will have previous experience in cleaning public realm areas, but this is not essential as training will be provided.
