Responsibility for gambling is split between local authorities and the Gambling Commission under the Gambling Act 2005.

This is a gaming machine permit for notification of two or less gaming machines in Eastbourne. Permits are required for premises that provide a gambling facility where the stakes and prizes are very low or gambling is not the main function of the premises.
